Service Warranty: Recovery of mainframe/server within 4 hours (based on service condition) in Bangkok area in case of the whole system were shut down completely.



After Sale Service are varied, usually base on service level chosen i.e.

  Service by Modem/Internet – 7 days a week no holidays

  Yearly Maintenance Service or Service Per Call, after product warranty expired
  Clexpert specialize in the maintenance of computer hardware especially POS (Point of Sale) e.g POS Printer, Cash Drawer, Customer Display, Magnetic Card Reader etc.

              When hardware is down and needs repair, a spare unit will be replaced for temporary use. Hardware will be repaired at no extra charge of spare parts/labour charges. Preventive Maintenance will be given 2 times a year.
